The concept of this artistic and culinary experience is as simple as it is ingenious: each participant brings along 400 grams of ingredients (no meat, no fish). That is their entry ticket. As if by magic, Peter De Bie, Sara Sampelayo and Arnout Vandamme conjure the tastes, aromas and colours of those ingredients into a festive three-course menu.
400 grams is a gastronomic feast, a joyful celebration of hospitality, a long table where strangers sit side by side. Strangers who – may – become friends.
