Every year Laika gives a class of children from a local school in Borgerhout the opportunity to take part in Theatre Storm: a vibrant workshop week, led by teachers in a professional setting. ‘Theatre Storm’ is a fun way for children to familiarize themselves with various aspects of theatre, music, movement and/or image as they work together to present a try-out for parents and the local community.

Apart from Theatre Storm, Laika is launching Theatre Storm XL: a low-threshold opportunity for children from Borgerhout to give free rein to their creativity over an eight-week period.
